Makes 4-8 Servings, depending on how generous you are with yourself 😉

 

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk

2 Tbsp “Paleo-Approved” Mayo (Homemade preferably)

Juice of 3-4 Limes

1/2 Avocado

1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro (long stems removed)

1 fresh jalapeno, cut into 4-5 large slices

1 large clove of garlic

1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)

1/4 tsp onion powder

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend on low for approximately 1 minute or more, until all ingredients are blended together. Taste, add more salt if desired. (I like food salty, my husband doesn’t!)

Put in jar and store in the refrigerator until it’s all gone! Serve over salads or as a dipping sauce!
